"As the Senior Director of IT for Dunkin Donuts Mid-Atlantic Distribution
Center, I am responsible for ensuring that our technology dollars are
spent on optimizing our processes. Software runs our operations but our
entire process has not been automated. We are responsible for capturing

doing a large amount of capital construction. Not only was control of
our blue prints an issue but preserving the condition of prints that
dated back 50 years a concern. We turned to AccuScan after speaking to
several image scanning companies. They came in an inventoried our prints
and put everything on disk. We now provide copies to our architect,
engineers, police and fire department as well as maintaining them on the
districts central drive. This allows my technicians to pull up and
review a drawing any place in the district if they have a question that
